orpheus - Accessing the site through Tor

Historically, we have not been overly strict in policing this rule, as we prefer to assume that people follow the rules.

At the same time, dictionary attacks to break into user accounts are regularly launched from Tor exit nodes. Therefore, in the interest of keeping accounts safe, a strict policy will be enforced starting on 2022-10-01 (1st of October). Simply put: if you log into the site using Tor, the account will be automatically disabled.

We see that a handful of users are regularly using Tor to access the site. IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEM, you are invited to contact staff via a Staff PM as soon as possible, to explain your reason why.
